I discovered my passion for people and their stories back in 2014 and haven't looked back. I trained as a person centred counsellor and have gained hours of experience through various voluntary and paid counselling positions.

I will never stop learning and some of my training includes DID awareness, sexual violence, couples counselling, TRE and much more.

What's important for you . . .

The 'Fit'

Study after study shows that successful therapy depends on the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client, you’re much better off seeing a graduate student, you connect with, than a 40-year veteran and author with whom you don’t feel understood.

The 'Therapist'

You should ask your counsellor if they have had personal therapy.

I certainly have, I have invested in me so you can invest in you. Completing my own therapy ensures I can sit with you, leaving my own experiences out of the room. I have been in your shoes, I have walked through that door and I have been empowered, healed and grown because of it.

The 'Conclusion'

-Want change.

-Make sure we fit.

-Trust in the process.
